Telehealth visits are an efficient and effective way for our providers to provide solutions to common health issues. They can save you a trip to our office and provide you with the peace of mind that comes from addressing simple health needs. Allergies, colds and flu, minor infections, and rashes are among the ailments that are addressed with telehealth visits.
To facilitate effective telehealth visits, we ask that you be pre-registered by creating a portal account and completing the patient information prompts. After your portal account is created, you’ll be asked to fill out some forms for telehealth and in-person visits. The forms are available to print and bring into the office with you if you are not able to create a portal account.
